Rebecca feels honoured to share her passion of music with others. She loves sharing the creative process and helping people discover and nurture their artistic abilities.
Rebecca Gracey is an experienced music teacher with over 20 years teaching flute, voice, piano, and ensembles.
She obtained her Honours Music and Education Degrees from Mohawk College, McMaster and Laurier University. Trained under flute and voice teachers: Bob Hamper, David Holler, Chris Fischer, Scarborough Symphony's Christine Mourre, Variante Harp Duo's Catherine Richardson, and Elaine Overholt.

- She furthered her voice studies with the CBC featured Sue Crowe Conolley, Melissa-Marie Shriner and attended an invitation-only Masterclass with a former Shaw and Stratford Festival vocal coach.
- Trained and Performed in Classical flute, voice, and piano; as well as Jazz and Musical Theatre!
- Worked at Canada's leading private recording studio and educational institution where artists such as Justin Bieber, Drake, Celine Dion and countless others have graced the hallways.
- Moved to Quebec City on a teaching contract and immersed herself in the lovely French culture and music scene where she performed around the region.
- Attended Music and Medicine Conferences at the University of Toronto.
- While not a Music Therapist, Rebecca knows and understands the therapeutic affects of music. She has been honoured to work with students who have survived cancer from Stage 1 to Stage 4; students of all ages with different learning and cognitive abilites, those navigating grief or dealing with chronic illness.
When Rebecca is not teaching, she is:
1) Busy composing for choirs and ensembles.
2) Becoming a future First Aider.
3) Casually working in the Film and Theatre Industry.
4) In the process of writing her first Children's book!
